- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (or vegan alternative like agar-agar)
- 2 cups filtered water
- Optional sweetener (like honey or stevia)
Instructions
- Gather ingredients.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over 1 cup of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- In a small saucepan, heat another cup of water over medium heat until steaming but not boiling, then remove from heat.
- Gradually stir the bloomed gelatin into the warm water until fully dissolved (about 2-3 minutes).
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar and sweetener, if using, until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or ice tray and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until fully set.
- Enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
For a lighter version, reduce or omit sweeteners. You can also add lemon juice or fruit purees for extra flavor.
