Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon butterfly pea flowers
- 2 cups hot water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime

Instructions
- Boil about 2 cups of water in a kettle and remove it from heat.
- Place 1 tablespoon of butterfly pea flowers in a teapot or heatproof pitcher.
- Pour the hot water over the flowers and steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Strain the flowers using a fine mesh strainer.
- Add the juice of half a lemon or lime to the tea.
- Let the tea cool, then refrigerate for 30 minutes until chilled.
- Serve over ice and garnish as desired.
