Instructions

  3. Add 1 teaspoon of raw honey and stir until dissolved, adjusting sweetness to taste.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or add ginger if desired.
  5. Pour the warm water into the mug and stir gently for 10 to 15 seconds.
