Instructions

  1. Heat 1 cup of water until warm but not boiling (about 100 to 110 degrees F).
  2. Stir 1 teaspoon of raw Canaan-style honey into the warm water until dissolved.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice or a pinch of ground cinnamon, then stir.
  4. Let the drink sit for 30 to 60 seconds to meld flavors.
  5. Sip slowly to enjoy the texture and aroma.
  6. Clean your mug and spoon immediately after use.
