A simple warm-honey drink to support weight loss and reduce late-night cravings.
Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1 cup warm water (about 45–55 C or 110–130 F)
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- a pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of warm water until it reaches about 45-55 C (110-130 F).
- Put 1 teaspoon of raw honey into your mug and pour the warm water over it.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice or 1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar if using, then stir for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon and stir to combine.
- Let the drink rest for 30 seconds to enhance flavor.
- Sip slowly over 5 to 10 minutes, adjusting the taste as needed.
Notes
For a gentler version, reduce honey to 1/2 teaspoon and increase warm water by a splash.
