Description

Ingredients

  • Honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a small saucepan until it reaches 212°F (100°C).
  2. Add 1-2 cinnamon sticks to the boiling water and allow them to steep.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea if desired, removing cinnamon sticks.
  5. Stir in honey or a squeeze of lemon for flavor, adjusting to taste.
  6. Pour into a mug and enjoy the warm aroma before sipping.

Notes

Enjoy cinnamon tea 30 minutes before meals to help regulate appetite. Limit to 1-2 cups daily.
