Description
A simple infusion of cinnamon that supports blood sugar levels and aids in weight loss.
Ingredients

- 1 cinnamon stick or 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 to 3 cups water
- Optional: lemon slice
- Optional: natural sweetener (stevia or erythritol)
- Optional: fresh ginger slice
Instructions
- Bring 2 to 3 cups of water to a gentle boil in a small pot.
- Add one cinnamon stick or 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the water, reduce heat to low, and cover. Simmer for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let the mixture steep for an additional 5 minutes.
- Strain the liquid into a mug or heatproof jug.
- Serve hot or chill for a cold version.
- Taste and adjust according to preference.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Use within 48 hours for best flavor.
