Ingredients

  • 1 pack of strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or sweetener alternative)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (or strawberry juice)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: strawberry gelatin, water, sugar, and fresh strawberries.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin powder until fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in 1/4 cup sugar (or sweetener alternative) until it dissolves completely.
  5. Add 1 cup of strawberry juice or pureed fresh strawberries to the gelatin mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours until fully set.
  7. Run a knife around the edges to loosen it, then gently invert onto a plate or serve directly in cups. Enjoy!
