- 1 pack of strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar (or sweetener alternative)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (or strawberry juice)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients: strawberry gelatin, water, sugar, and fresh strawberries.
- In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin powder until fully dissolved.
- Stir in 1/4 cup sugar (or sweetener alternative) until it dissolves completely.
- Add 1 cup of strawberry juice or pureed fresh strawberries to the gelatin mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours until fully set.
- Run a knife around the edges to loosen it, then gently invert onto a plate or serve directly in cups. Enjoy!
