Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Heat 1 cup of water in a small pot until just warm (not boiling). Remove from heat.
- Gradually sprinkle 1 tablespoon of gelatin powder into the warm water, stirring continuously until it dissolves completely.
- Add 2 tablespoons of fresh citrus juice and stir well.
- If desired, mix in your choice of natural sweetener and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to cool and set slightly.
