Instructions

- Bloom the gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over 1 cup of cold water or juice. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Heat the mixture: Gently heat 2 cups of water or juice until warm but not boiling (2-3 minutes).
- Combine everything: Add bloomed gelatin to warm liquid and stir until dissolved (1-2 minutes).
- Mix in sweetener and zest: Add honey or maple syrup and citrus zest, stirring well.
- Add fruits (optional): Place chopped fruits in containers and pour gelatin mix over them.
- Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until firm, then enjoy.
Notes
Avoid using boiling water as it can damage the gelatin texture. Ensure there’s enough chill time for the best texture.
