Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup low-sugar pink juice or flavored drink
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Measure and bloom the gelatin by sprinkling over cold water and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat water to near boiling and pour it over the bloomed gelatin. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add pink juice and lemon juice, and mix well. Adjust sweetness if desired.
- Cool the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes before transferring.
- Pour into a shallow dish or individual cups and refrigerate until firm, about 45 to 90 minutes.
- Portion and serve cold, optionally garnished with citrus or yogurt.
