Ingredients

- 1 packet sugar-free gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup low-calorie fruit juice
- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
- Water
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, dissolve one packet of sugar-free gelatin in boiling water. Stir until dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in 1 cup of your favorite low-calorie fruit juice and mix well.
- Add about 1 cup of chopped fresh or frozen fruit to the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into molds or a large dish.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until firm and set.
- Remove from molds or cut into squares and serve chilled.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
