Ingredients

  • 1 packet sugar-free gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup low-calorie fruit juice
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
  • Water

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, dissolve one packet of sugar-free gelatin in boiling water. Stir until dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour in 1 cup of your favorite low-calorie fruit juice and mix well.
  3. Add about 1 cup of chopped fresh or frozen fruit to the mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture into molds or a large dish.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until firm and set.
  6. Remove from molds or cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
