Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Measure out one cup of fruit juice, one tablespoon of gelatin, and any optional sweeteners or fruits you wish to add.
- Dissolve the gelatin: In a small pot, add half a cup of water and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it softens.
- Heat the mixture: Turn the heat to medium-low and stir the gelatin and water mixture until fully dissolved, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Combine juice and sweetener: In a larger mixing bowl, combine the dissolved gelatin with one cup of fruit juice. Stir well to mix, adding sweetener if needed.
- Chill the drink: Pour the mixture into a pitcher or individual glasses, and refrigerate it for at least 120 minutes until it thickens.
- Serve and enjoy: Before serving, give the drink a little stir. You can enjoy it cold or at room temperature.
