A low-calorie, fruity gelatin drink that helps curb cravings and supports hydration.
Ingredients
- Flavored gelatin powder (strawberry or berry)
- Hot water
- Cold water or chilled fruit-infused water
- Lemon juice (optional)
- Chia seeds (optional)
- Liquid sweetener like stevia or erythritol (optional)
Instructions
- Measure gelatin powder and pour into a heatproof bowl; sprinkle the powder over about 1/2 cup of hot water and let it bloom for 1 minute.
- Stir vigorously for about 30 to 60 seconds until fully dissolved, then taste and add sweetener if needed.
- Add cold water or chilled fruit-infused water while stirring to combine and cool the mixture.
- If using lemon juice or chia seeds, stir them in now.
- Pour into individual cups or a shallow dish and refrigerate uncovered for 2 to 4 hours, or until set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with berries or mint if desired.
