Description

A low-calorie, fruity gelatin drink that helps curb cravings and supports hydration.

Ingredients

  • Flavored gelatin powder (strawberry or berry)
  • Hot water
  • Cold water or chilled fruit-infused water
  • Lemon juice (optional)
  • Chia seeds (optional)
  • Liquid sweetener like stevia or erythritol (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure gelatin powder and pour into a heatproof bowl; sprinkle the powder over about 1/2 cup of hot water and let it bloom for 1 minute.
  2. Stir vigorously for about 30 to 60 seconds until fully dissolved, then taste and add sweetener if needed.
  3. Add cold water or chilled fruit-infused water while stirring to combine and cool the mixture.
  4. If using lemon juice or chia seeds, stir them in now.
  5. Pour into individual cups or a shallow dish and refrigerate uncovered for 2 to 4 hours, or until set.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with berries or mint if desired.

Notes

Adjust sweetness while the mixture is still warm for best flavor.
