  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder

  • Natural sweetener (optional, like honey or agave syrup)

Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Measure out your desired fruit juice (about 2 cups) and 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder. If using fresh fruits or sweeteners, gather those as well.
  2. Preparation: If using fresh fruit, chop it into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  3. Mix Gelatin with Juice: In a small saucepan, pour 1 cup of the juice over low heat. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over and stir to combine. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  4. Heat the Mixture: Gently heat the juice mixture until completely dissolved, stirring consistently for about 3–5 minutes. Do not let it boil.
  5. Combine and Cool: Remove from heat and stir in the remaining juice and sweeteners, if using. Add fresh fruit pieces at this stage.
  6. Pour and Set: Pour the mixture into molds or a dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Serve: Cut into cubes or unmold the gelatin. Enjoy straight, or serve with yogurt.
