Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of water until warm (around 160°F / 70°C).
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin into the warm water while stirring until smooth.
- Stir in 1 cup of your chosen fruit juice or herbal tea until well combined.
- If desired, add 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup for sweetness and stir until dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool and set slightly in the fridge for about 30 minutes if you prefer a thicker texture.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
