A simple gelatin-based preparation that serves as a low-calorie nighttime snack to help curb cravings.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 3/4 cup warm water (near boiling)
- Calorie-free sweetener or 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice or citrus zest
- Optional: splash of apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Measure and bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water in a small bowl for 2-3 minutes.
- Heat the additional water to near boiling and remove from heat.
- Dissolve the bloomed gelatin by pouring the hot water over it and stirring until smooth.
- Add your chosen sweetener, lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar and adjust to taste.
- Chill the mixture in a small dish or molds in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Serve chilled and consume within 2-3 days.
