Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin powder over cold water in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Heat fruit juice in a saucepan over medium heat until warm, avoiding boiling.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
- Add sweeteners and fresh fruit if desired, and mix thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into molds or cups, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
