Ingredients

  • 2 cups broth (chicken, beef, or vegetable)
  • 1/4 cup gelatin

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 cup of warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of broth over medium heat until it simmers.
