Instructions
- In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 cup of warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of broth over medium heat until it simmers.

- Slowly add the bloomed gelatin to the broth, whisk until completely dissolved.
