Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Choose your desired fruit juice or puree and sweeteners, aiming for about 2 cups total liquid.
  2. Bloom the gelatin: In a medium bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1 cup of cold water and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it becomes jelly-like.
  3. Heat your juice: In a saucepan, heat the fruit juice over low heat until just warm (don’t boil).
  4. Combine mixtures: Remove from heat and slowly pour the warmed juice into the bloomed gelatin, stirring gently until fully dissolved.
