Instructions
- Gather your ingredients: Choose your desired fruit juice or puree and sweeteners, aiming for about 2 cups total liquid.
- Bloom the gelatin: In a medium bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1 cup of cold water and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it becomes jelly-like.
- Heat your juice: In a saucepan, heat the fruit juice over low heat until just warm (don’t boil).
- Combine mixtures: Remove from heat and slowly pour the warmed juice into the bloomed gelatin, stirring gently until fully dissolved.
- Add sweetener: Mix in your preferred sweetener or lemon juice until well combined.
- Pour into molds: Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds or a greased baking pan.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set, then pop out of molds or cut into squares.
