Instructions
- Choose your liquid: Select a base liquid like water, herbal tea, or juice (about 1 cup).
- Mix gelatin: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin over the liquid and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Heat the mixture: Gently heat the bloomed mixture on low until the gelatin dissolves completely.
- Add sweeteners: Remove from heat and mix in sweeteners or fruit puree until smooth.
- Pour into molds: Transfer the mixture into molds and set in the fridge for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Serve and enjoy: Cut into pieces or enjoy directly from the molds.
Notes
