Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gelatin (powdered or sheet)
  • 1 cup fruit juice or flavored water
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • Citric acid (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Hydrate the gelatin in a small bowl with 2 tablespoons of gelatin and 1/4 cup of cold water or fruit juice. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Gently heat 1 cup of water or fruit juice in a saucepan until steaming (3-4 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the bloated gelatin until fully dissolved (about 2 minutes).
  5. If using a sweetener, add it now and stir well.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or a dish.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours until set.

Notes
