Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons gelatin (powdered or sheet)
- 1 cup fruit juice or flavored water
- Sweetener (optional)
- Citric acid (optional)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Hydrate the gelatin in a small bowl with 2 tablespoons of gelatin and 1/4 cup of cold water or fruit juice. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Gently heat 1 cup of water or fruit juice in a saucepan until steaming (3-4 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in the bloated gelatin until fully dissolved (about 2 minutes).
- If using a sweetener, add it now and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into molds or a dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours until set.
