Instructions
- Gather gelatin, fruit juice, sweetener, and water. Chop fruits if using.
- In a small bowl, combine gelatin with cold water and let it bloom for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
- In a saucepan, bring fruit juice to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the saucepan and stir until fully dissolved (2-3 minutes).
- Stir in sweetener and any chopped fruits; let cool slightly.
