Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder (unflavored)
  • 1 cup of fruit juice (100% juice with no added sugars)
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • Optional sweetener (honey or stevia)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of cold water and 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it blooms.
  2. Place the saucepan over low heat, stirring until the gelatin completely dissolves (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and mix in 1 cup of fruit juice of your choice. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add your preferred sweetener to taste and mix thoroughly.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture into molds or a glass dish.
  6. Place the molds in the refrigerator and allow them to set for at least 120-240 minutes or until firm to the touch.
  7. Once set, pop the gelatin out of the molds or cut into cubes and enjoy!

Notes

Can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week. Experiment with different juices for varied flavors.
