Instructions

- Mix dry ingredients: In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and ginger to ensure even flavor distribution.
- Add lemon juice: Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into a blender or mixing bowl.
- Incorporate apple cider vinegar: Pour in the apple cider vinegar and mix.
- Sweeten to taste: Add honey or your preferred sweetener and blend until smooth.
- Dilute with water: Pour the blended mixture into a glass and fill with warm or cold water, stirring to combine.
- Garnish & serve: Optionally add a sprig of mint or a slice of lemon for garnish and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Best enjoyed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and again in the afternoon. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
