Ingredients

  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 12 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Pinch of cinnamon or a few drops of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Collect gelatin, warm water, sweetener, lemon juice, and spices.
  2. Boil Water: Heat 1 cup of water until hot (around 200°F).
  3. Dissolve Gelatin: In a mixing bowl, add gelatin to warm water, stir until dissolved (1-2 minutes).
  4. Add Sweetener: Mix in honey or maple syrup until incorporated.
  5. Incorporate Lemon Juice: Add lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Flavoring: Optionally add cinnamon or vanilla extract.
  7. Cool and Store: Let cool, pour into a jar, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
