- 1–2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Pinch of cinnamon or a few drops of vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Gather Ingredients: Collect gelatin, warm water, sweetener, lemon juice, and spices.
- Boil Water: Heat 1 cup of water until hot (around 200°F).
- Dissolve Gelatin: In a mixing bowl, add gelatin to warm water, stir until dissolved (1-2 minutes).
- Add Sweetener: Mix in honey or maple syrup until incorporated.
- Incorporate Lemon Juice: Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Flavoring: Optionally add cinnamon or vanilla extract.
- Cool and Store: Let cool, pour into a jar, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
