Instructions
- Measure the ingredients: one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and one teaspoon of honey for a single serving. Adjust to taste.
- If the honey is too viscous, warm it gently in a bowl of warm water for 30 to 60 seconds.
- Combine the oil and honey in a small cup or jar, pouring the honey first, then adding the olive oil. Stir for 20 to 30 seconds until glossy.
- If desired, add warm water or herbal tea to create a drinkable syrup, stirring until well combined.
- Taste and adjust: add more lemon or honey as preferred, and consume slowly to enhance satiety.
- Clean up immediately to prevent stickiness and store any leftovers in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.
