Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients: one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and one teaspoon of honey for a single serving. Adjust to taste.
  2. If the honey is too viscous, warm it gently in a bowl of warm water for 30 to 60 seconds.
  3. Combine the oil and honey in a small cup or jar, pouring the honey first, then adding the olive oil. Stir for 20 to 30 seconds until glossy.
  4. If desired, add warm water or herbal tea to create a drinkable syrup, stirring until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust: add more lemon or honey as preferred, and consume slowly to enhance satiety.
  6. Clean up immediately to prevent stickiness and store any leftovers in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.
