A simple, three-ingredient gelatin drink that helps reduce hunger and manage daily calories, described as smooth and slightly sweet.

- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 packet sugar-free flavored gelatin or 2 tablespoons flavored drink mix
- 1/4 to 3/4 cup cold water or chilled fruit juice
- Optional: lemon juice
- Optional: sweetener (stevia or erythritol)
Instructions
- Measure gelatin: Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water and let bloom for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Dissolve in hot water: Pour 1/4 cup of very hot water over the bloomed gelatin and stir gently until fully dissolved.
- Add flavored mix: Stir in a packet of sugar-free flavored gelatin until well combined. Adjust sweetness if desired.
- Combine with cold liquid: Pour in 1 to 3/4 cups of cold water or chilled juice and whisk until uniform.
- Chill to set: Pour into a bowl or individual cups and refrigerate uncovered for at least 60 minutes.
- Serve and store: Serve cold, scooped or sipped, and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Notes
Avoid using boiling water and always hydrate the gelatin in cold water first to prevent lumps.
