- 2–3 Fresh Lemons (about ½ cup of juice)
- 1 packet unflavored Gelatin (about 2 ½ teaspoons)
- 1 cup Water
- Optional: Sweetener (like honey or stevia)
Instructions
- Gather fresh lemons, unflavored gelatin, and water.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemons until you have about ½ cup of juice.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over ½ cup of cold water. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
- In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil and remove from heat.
- Once the water has cooled slightly, whisk in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved, then add the lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into a serving pitcher or individual glasses and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours (or until set).
- Serve over ice or enjoy as is.
Notes
