Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let it sit for 2 to 5 minutes.
- Dissolve the gelatin: Heat hot water, pour over bloomed gelatin while stirring until clear.
- Add flavor and sweetener: Mix in diluted juice and sweetener to taste.
- Pour into molds: Transfer to silicone molds or a shallow dish.
- Chill until firm: Refrigerate uncovered for 60-120 minutes until set.
- Garnish and serve: Unmold or slice; top with berries or mint and serve chilled.
