Description

A simple, low-calorie gelatin dessert that helps curb cravings and supports hydration.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup fresh citrus or low-calorie juice
  • Optional sweetener (stevia, erythritol, or honey)
  • Fresh berries or mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bloom the gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let it sit for 2 to 5 minutes.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin: Heat hot water, pour over bloomed gelatin while stirring until clear.
  3. Add flavor and sweetener: Mix in diluted juice and sweetener to taste.
  4. Pour into molds: Transfer to silicone molds or a shallow dish.
  5. Chill until firm: Refrigerate uncovered for 60-120 minutes until set.
  6. Garnish and serve: Unmold or slice; top with berries or mint and serve chilled.
