Instructions

  2. Dissolve gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the liquid: Heat the remaining water until just boiling, then remove from heat.
  4. Mix it together: Stir bloomed gelatin into hot water until fully dissolved, then combine with fruit juice and sweetener.
