Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Measure out the unflavored gelatin, water, and chosen fruit juice.
- Dissolve gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Heat the liquid: Heat the remaining water until just boiling, then remove from heat.
- Mix it together: Stir bloomed gelatin into hot water until fully dissolved, then combine with fruit juice and sweetener.
- Add fruit: Gently fold in chopped fresh fruit if using.
- Chill: Pour the mixture into a mold and let cool for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for an additional 2 hours.
