Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberry juice
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Gather fresh strawberries, water, gelatin, and honey or agave syrup. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems.
  2. Place the strawberries and water in a blender and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to obtain smooth strawberry juice.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the strawberry juice, gelatin, and honey. Stir constantly until the gelatin dissolves, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into gummy molds or an ice cube tray, filling each cavity to the top.
  7. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until the gummies are set, then gently remove from the molds and store in an airtight container.

Notes
