Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing graham crackers, mixing with melted butter, and pressing into a pie dish; bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Dissolve the gelatin in water over low heat, stirring gently.
- Blend fresh strawberries until smooth; measure out 2 cups for the filling.
- Mix strawberry puree with dissolved gelatin and sugar in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream or fresh strawberries.
