Description

A delicious and guilt-free vegan jelly made with agar-agar, perfect for weight management and dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon agar-agar powder
  • 1 cup water or fruit juice (e.g., apple, berry, or citrus)
  • Sweetener (maple syrup, agave, or stevia) to taste
  • Optional fruits (sliced strawberries or peaches) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Dissolve agar-agar powder in a medium saucepan with water or fruit juice over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Bring mixture to a gentle simmer and bubble lightly for about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add sweetener, stirring until fully blended.
  4. If using water, add an additional cup of fruit juice, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour mixture into serving cups or molds, adding pieces of fresh fruit if desired.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Once set, gently remove from molds and serve chilled.
