Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon agar-agar powder
- 1 cup water or fruit juice (e.g., apple, berry, or citrus)
- Sweetener (maple syrup, agave, or stevia) to taste
- Optional fruits (sliced strawberries or peaches) for garnish
Instructions
- Dissolve agar-agar powder in a medium saucepan with water or fruit juice over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Bring mixture to a gentle simmer and bubble lightly for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add sweetener, stirring until fully blended.
- If using water, add an additional cup of fruit juice, stirring to combine.
- Pour mixture into serving cups or molds, adding pieces of fresh fruit if desired.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once set, gently remove from molds and serve chilled.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste and feel free to customize flavors with different fruit juices.
